• Arriving Late for Round 1: Notify organizers immediately. We will try to push your match to later in the round so you can still compete.
• Missing a Match: You must be at the stadium when your match is called. If you are absent, you receive an automatic 0–4 walkover loss. A proxy will play your opponent, but your official 0–4 result remains.
• Leaving Early: If you leave the tournament before completing all scheduled matches, any remaining games will be recorded as 0–4 walkover losses.
• Taking Breaks: If you need a restroom or smoking break, write your name on the whiteboard and erase it upon your return. You must return before the current round ends, or you will receive a 0–4 walkover loss.

Plans changed? No worries! You can get a full refund as long as you let Samuel know at 97640816 at least 5 hours before the tournament starts. For example, if tournament starts at 7:30pm, you'll need to inform by 2:30pm.
